Who we are?

Graindorge was created in 2016 with the aim of bringing to the city of Siem Reap a French catering and pastry delivery service developed according to the same quality criteria as those which have historically ensured the success of the French gastronomy. The enterprise is managed by two dynamic and enthusiastic young French people, Elsa Stetten (the General manager) and Brian Graindorge (the Head chef) who lents his name to the company

With over ten years of experience in French cooking with talented French chefs, Brian developed his passion and he brings out a culinary talent that will delight its customers. At 29 years old, Brian went through an unusual path. He choosed to perfected his training by working during 5 years in great Parisian restaurants instead to going school. Then, he earned a place of cook manager in restaurant of the French Ministry of Environment, Energy and Sea and in the restaurant of the French Agency for Development (AFD). There, he was providing lunch service and banquets. Then, because he desires to learn more, he earned a pastry chef experience in the south of France in Banyuls-sur-Mer where the Catalan gastronomy is famous. Making traditional menus, semi-gourmet, fine and innovative pastries and the organization of small banquets are its strengths.
