Who we are?
Graindorge was created in 2016 with the aim of bringing a French catering and pastry delivery service to the city of Siem Reap, made with the high quality criteria that one would expect from French gastronomy. The company is managed by two dynamic and enthusiastic French people, Elsa Stetten, the General manager and Brian Graindorge, the Head chef, who the company is named after.
Today, thanks to the collaboration with CROQ’Me and The Flock Cafe, Graindorge continues to evolve and grow, with a new kitchen team and manager.
Portrait of a passionate chef
With over ten years of experience in French cooking with talented French chefs, Brian has developed his passion. Today, he uses his culinary talent to delight his customers. At 31 years old, Brian followed an unusual path. He chose to perfect his training by working for 5 years in a famous Parisian restaurants, instead of going to school. Then, he earned the title of head chef in places such as the French Ministry of Ecology of the French Agency for Development (AFD), where he served lunches and banquets. Then, pursuing his desire to learn more, he earned experience as a pastry chef in Banyuls-sur-Mer, in the south of France, famous for its’ Catalan gastronomy. He skillfully creates traditional menus, semi-gourmet, fine and innovative pastries and organise small banquets.
